1) IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?

Yes! COD is available on all orders in serviceable pincodes. 

2) ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE?

We do not charge any additional handling fee for returns. 

3) HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The order usually takes 7-10 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at [email protected]

4) HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

5) ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

We charge a shipping fee of INR 49/- on order below 499.

1) HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To make a cancellation, please log into your account and book the cancellation of the requested order from the return and cancellation tab.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR PREPAID ORDERS?

For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.

Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

3) WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on [email protected]. Incase you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed. 

4) WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Return request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

5) HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. 6) CAN I RETURN ALL ITEMS?

Boxers, Socks, Perfumes and Face Masks cannot be returned keeping hygiene into consideration. In addition, orders including any free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

8) HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR DISCOUNTED ITEMS?

In case of orders placed with discount is returned, the discount will be waived of and the products will be billed on MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.

1) HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?

While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.

1) MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ORDER WASN’T PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at [email protected]. We will verify and get back to you at the earliest.
